Pick/packers job available Monday to Friday start immediately

A candidate who can work in our warehouse picking and packing items for a few months is needed by our organization, which is based in Bentleigh East, Melbourne. from Monday through Friday. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. If you desire, you can work overtime during busy times. It will benefit if you have prior warehousing experience. The current staff will train you and assist in demonstrating how to carry out your duties.

Although the boxes are not heavy, you will need to lift many of them throughout the day. You will require an ABN. Working in a warehouse can be physically demanding. Warehouse pick/packers are required to lift and move heavy boxes and products. They may also be required to stand for long periods of time. Good physical fitness and stamina are important for this job. Warehouse pick/packers need to be able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

They must also be able to work well as part of a team. Some basic math skills are also necessary for this role, as warehouse pick/packers need to be able to calculate inventory levels and figure out how many products need to be packed per order. Some warehouse pick/packer positions may require the use of a forklift. Candidates who have experience operating a forklift will be at an advantage.

Most warehouse pick/packer positions will provide on-the-job training. Duties may also include loading and unloading trucks, checking inventory, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
