Need packing/picking staff 5 to 6 day shift a week

We need farm hands for lettuce and celery farms. The area is around Toowoomba and Westbrook. There is no prior experience required. Currently, we have openings for planters, pickers, and packers. These positions are hourly paid. We work six to nine hours a day, five to six days a week. Throughout the year. To perform any type of task by trust, the worker should be loyal as well as hardworking.

The ideal candidate should possess the experience to pick the right fruit so that a good relationship can be built with our customers. As well as having the energy and ability to work outdoors, he/she must deliver fruits on time, regardless of weather conditions. Furthermore, the picker should be able to multitask and take care of time in a time-efficient manner after picking the fruits.

Further, the worker should receive the basic training provided by our farm before picking the fruits from the trees and roots. As a result of this, if you impress us, we can also help you with additional paid services. Among the tasks of a fruit, picker are: checking the assigned fruits to determine picking activities, picking each and every fruit carefully

Separating damaged fruits in separate containers, filling up the baskets with fruit and transporting them to checking areas, and ensuring the cartoon is perfectly lined up with protective layers. It is necessary that the candidate be physically fit and capable of lifting weights.
