To join our Supply Chain Team, we are looking for an Assistant who will work effectively to support and coordinate employee activities, handle routine and confidential matters, and exercise initiative and judgment in handling routine and confidential matters. The following are the main responsibilities: Assisting the Operations Team with various administrative tasks. Organize the agenda of the Head of Functions.

Create an agenda for Nestle’s other markets’ visitors. Manage all business trip arrangements, including visas, transfers, hotel reservations, and travel arrangements. Ensure training logistics, hotel reservations, and the internal coordination of workshops, meetings, and events related to the department. Depending on the situation, participate in specific projects.

Ensure that the documentation needs to be signed within the Operation. Ensure meeting agendas are prepared, minutes are taken and published (when necessary). Assisting with the coordination of office supplies and equipment, processing invoices as necessary. Help prepare and consolidate presentations for operation heads. Whenever necessary, translate important documents.

Organizing the charges both inside and outside the country. Engaging in social activities and leading initiatives. Coordination of PR activities and the flow of information with the Corporate Communications Team. Providing third-party communication support. Requests for purchases are generated. The following requests will be coordinated for newcomers. Requests for PCs, desks, telephones, and lines.

Requests for Nestle ID cards and business cards. The preparation of stationery. This position requires the following qualifications. Graduate of an academic institution.
