Want a commercial cleaning job with steady hours and good pay? Job Description We are looking for experienced builders’ cleaners to clean newly built homes and apartments. You will put the finishing touches on construction projects—basically, making the homes habitable for new residents. This is a hands-on role.
This is a full-time cleaning position, with 40 hours of work Monday through Friday, five shifts a week, and a shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. This may be your position if you love cleaning and have builders or construction cleaning experience!

White Card: You must hold a white card to work in the construction industry, including our commercial cleaning job. This card certifies that you’ve completed the necessary safety training and are familiar with workplace safety measures at construction sites.
All workers will be qualified to do the job and will be able to take the proper measures to keep the site safe.
Experience and Duties:
We need people with at least 12 months’ experience in construction or builders’ cleaning. If you are experienced in this industry, you will know what cleaning is needed to keep a construction site clean. For example, some of the primary responsibilities in this commercial cleaning job will consist of the following:
- Cleaning of newly constructed homes and apartments — inside and out; windows, walls, floors, and general area.
- Site cleanup — clearing debris, including dust, paint, and leftover materials, away from the area before the same.
- Make sure every place is neat and secure to make it comfortable to move in.
- Informed the supervisor of any safety-related concerns or problems at the location.
As part of the role, you will be an integral part of the final step to ensuring the new properties are spick and span and ready to be sold or rented.
